My preferred approach here would be for him:

(1) To already be in buyout negotiations

(2) To settle the litigation at a tolerable level

(3) To conclude the deal with the buyer

(4) To announce it all at the same time and just bankrupt these cockroaches

It is possible that the shorts are in cahoots with the generics -- with the generics benefiting from the additional pressure on AMRN to settle.

Who knows? You can be sure Thero is talking to his bankers about what is going on.
