This thing was a total P&D scam from day one.

Yup. And I was among the first to raise red flags just days after JEDM had its big run to about 20 cents. It was all downhill from there. Symbol change to MTEK...and, when it failed and VOIS took over, the downtrodden MTEK longs never got any part of VOIS, if I recall correctly.

Correction, they got a few shares..which were nearly worthless, if not totally, depending on if and when they were tradeable...
