- sued Greg M. and won and reduced OS bu 12.6 million shares
- got a sponsoring MM to file form 211
- got form 211 accepted and came off the Greys
- started CareClix revenue from $0 and grew it to $532k last Q
- got the CE removed
- built a IR website
- Signed a supper contract with MAXIS GBN
- Got CareClix SOC 2 Type 1 Audit Certification

Next steps:
- significantly grow the revenue
- move to OTCQB
