Still very excited about Keith Nalepka sticking it out with Biel. He is the type of guy who could go out and command a big salary elsewhere, especially in today's job market. I would wager he has a fairly modest salary at Biel, but reportedly owns a hundred million shares of common stock. I'm thinking that it's his stock nest egg that's keeping him around. Keep in mind that Keith knows precisely what's going on behind the scenes in terms of impending deals. As a new member of the BOD, this VP of Sales and Marketing has climbed into a more influential position. IMO Go Biel$$$
