I should note that I do not believe endpoint changes were made/necessary, particularly after listening to Dr. Liau’s May 2019 comments at SWAY as it was published in November 2019 (I just saw it).

I’m not good at reading people, but nevertheless, I see no fear about the endpoints from Dr. Liau, as long as the best (most up-to-date) imaging/diagnostic technology is/was ultimately utilized to differentiate progression and psPD — and as long as the advanced diagnostics are acknowledged by regulators. That’s my take, fwiw.
