What is ahead of us in 2020? Tax return to file for year 2019? (or 2020?)

The paragraph at the end within 65 days on distribution by a grantor trust after year end but can be considered as happened in the preceding year drew my attention. I am not trained in taxation. So I throw this here for comments for learning purpose.
