Or how a POS company with no service no product and no business could get financing backed by BOA and CITI to buy a NYSE listed company for 2.7 bill called NATION STAR MORTGAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And please I hope no one says they issued bonds for the money!!!!!!

Even with them doing that WHO WOULD BUY THOSE BONDS???????????
