On the recommendation of a co-worker that appeared to know what he was talking about, and had seemingly already conducted the due diligence, I placed a large part of my IRA thru Fidelity into PNTV. Below is the punishment for my inability to conduct my own research. I am yet, sadly, another statistic. A boogieman story you tell your buddies about. I have become "I know this guy..." and a part of "those" stories.

$36,515 in Feb, 2018 to $3300 today (12-17-19). All the gains I could have realized if I'd invested in reputable companies are forever gone. The initial investment gone. All on the whim of two men who saw fit to re-appropriate shareholders funds, and failed to make sound business decisions.

Im sad beyond internal belief and grieve at my own absurdity. Depression was never real to me until this stock dragged down what I worked so hard to build. My dreams of early retirement gone. It know it wasn't much to start with but it was something. I could have built something with this initial amount. It took me 5 years to get my initial investment.

Be forewarned gentleman. May I be the reminder for you. I have fallen on the sword of stupidity. After I grovel for a bit, and when I stop feeling sorry for myself, I will educate myself and rebuild again.

Some might ask..."Why have you admitted to this fallacy" in a public forum?

My answer...if I help one of you avoid this...It's worth the embarrassment.
