For the life of me I cannot understand what is wrong with a PR or tweet stating that we had trusted partners who did not come through due to (fill in the blank). We now have backup partners who will come through because they are different than the prior partners in that they (fill in the blank). This will take approximately (fill in the time frame), and shortly after that we will activate the RAIF fund which will be valued at approximately (fill in the blank) once everything is completed. If the time frame is not substantially long and the expected fund amount it large enough, the PPS would still go up. If positive results are expected, there is no resin not to divulge that fact. A few short tweets are not good business.
