Assuming this issue was not completely resolved by delisting what in your opinion is NWBO supposed to need to do reset the foul so to speak? Are they supposed to retroactively stage a shareholder vote to approve the financing they completed several years ago? That seems absurd and probably impossible esp since the current shareholders are not the ones who would have had to vote to approve at the time the foul was committed. It's hard to understand what you claim they have to do now to get the issue reset.
