Hi Maddy, that is correct. 2019 audit is needed for the uplist. I don't expect a timeframe to be provided by the company due to what we experienced with the 2018 one, but I also don't expect it to take more than 3 months if they decided to hire another audit firm. Then again, I hate to speculate.

I guess we have to wait and see if the company decides to provide any info on it before it gets filed.
