As I stated, I am long but I am also providing facts about this stock so everyone is educated. Read it and make your own conclusions. And yes, I did bring up a post from 2015 because Stead is fraud and has ties to this stock. Not sure how, but he does. Perhaps he owns shares. I do know that the CEO and Co-board member own over 50,000,00. The real question is how many, if any, does Ken Stead own? I will personally email Tom Wood and ask him.

"REMSleep Holdings Inc (OTCMKTS:BVIG) is also publicly traded. And it's headed by Ken Stead. In a press release from May 2013, he said that a person by the name of Paul Sweeney is about to join BVIG's Board of Directors. Mr. Stead also noted that the new Director will help the company secure some new assets and funding. Last week, BVIG filed its latest 10-Q which informed us that at the end of the third quarter of 2014, the company had no cash and no assets whatsoever.

In light of all this, the fact that so many people are furious with Mr. Stead is hardly surprising."
