I actually spoke to my tax advisor last year about it because in the next year or so I will need to take a loss as well and they told me if the situation you described happens then they can make an adjustment. If you take that loss which is understandable because this is the best economy in 50 years, and all 401k's and stocks are making big money and if HELL freezes over and SAVI actually activates then your tax advisor will need to turn your loss into a gain so you will most like owe fed dollars. I think you can write off 3 k for up to 5 years but it might depend on where you live on the percentage.

You might check out Nelxxx post back in May where he posted an email he received from Rose Fong where she stated that the stock was scheduled to relist in 2019, but the email will turn into a fraudulent statement in about two weeks if they don't relist. She is high enough in the company to know better then to mislead shareholders but she has been doing that for literally years so with that said you can call the SAVI office where you can become a " family member" where they tell everything you want to hear that never turns out as stated or you can call the SEC at 323-965-3998 and ask for Victoria Wagner in the LA office to find out if Savi is making any attempts to activate the stock. If you do call someone please let us know what you hear it would be interesting because they continue to treat their shareholder like crap. If they could just tell the truth things would be much different. If Solly8 comes back he will share some truths but not all because he is a friend of Serges. Solly 8 did say something about money coming in back in May but has disappeared since that comment so who knows.

Husky dawg what has happened to you? They must have said something to you to calm you down I was told you Made a big investment awhile back so why have you not been more outspoken? Are you taking a stock loss and moving on?
