I am not aware of any link other than the PACER federal courts web site, and I can't link to that.

I guess you'll either have to take my word for it or wait for public confirmation. Typical of VEND, there doesn't seem to have been a public announcement. Maybe they told their franchisees and then maybe one of them can confirm on here.
