Management has so little confidence in themselves to raise or even maintain the share price at 6.7 cents (x 60 equals $4.00) that they had to change the next RS from up to 60 to 1 to up to 300 to 1 for Wave to have even a chance to get up listed to NASDAQ.

What does that tell you about where management really believes this stock is headed?
