~ Hold2Wm, Two Bankruptcies Were Filed Due To WMI’s Corporate Structuring ~

WMB had been seized ... and

WMI truly was merely a Holding Company ... and

WMBfsb the “Merged Bank” held the investment portfolio ...

So, ... WMIIC and WMI filed for Chapter 11’ and as we all now know, ... went through to the Reorganization and now those Bankruptcies are going to be Closed and Finalized ...
