IMO Adam Feuerstein is not getting paid by anyone to push an agenda.

He wrote no primary out of incompetence and didn't retract it out of spite. IMO his agenda is based upon taking derogatory comments too personally. He's just a thin skinned insecure individual.

Case in point his call for an apology from his detractors in regards to the MO issue after the AdCom. Who thinks you got an apology coming after a 16-0 vote and the FDA concluding it was statistically insignificant. He's essentially wants credit for the uninformed panel members parroting what he wrote.

As for the settlement negotiations I disagree with TTE in that Amarin is desperate for one. IMO at most Amarin will offer a safe facing proposal.
