Perhaps I’m misunderstanding you, but what do you mean you know for sure? (and who is “some of us”?). What is your background? Have you been personally involved in the negotiations of publicly traded biotech firms before? Are/were you in senior mgmt of a biotech firm undergoing an acquisition, or with an investment banker consulting on biotech acquisitions?
