You can read it that way if you want to, but Judge Carter hasn’t signed off, the case doesn’t show a dismissal in the profile (no indication case is “closed,” unlike the other cases referencing LQMT), and the magistrate’s signed Order on the LQMT motion says differently.

I’m not big on debating, so if you’re conclusion is correct - great - but this reads very differently as does the motion saying Kang hasn’t complied.

Parties can sign off, but they’re waiting on the District Judge’s sign-off, so that the Order has the Court’s approval.

It’s nice that LQMT has a win against an opponent lacking in many things of value, but the only true win is when they start making real money.
