Churchill said that after the allies cleared North Africa. At that point Britain was chronologically about halfway through the war but with the toughest fighting still to come. That could be where Amarin is now. It's been almost ten years since the Marine trial was conceived and we have about ten years of patent exclusivity left. The toughest fighting may be ahead when we're really competing with the big boys. Or it could end quickly with the nuclear option - buyout.
