I think the biggest confusion here is: WHAT ARE THE RISK FACTORS?

As I understand, risk factors are NOT defined on the LABEL
and are left up to a prescribing doctor to decide. Yes, several were named in REDUCE-IT but the LABEL does not specify them.

For example, family history was not a risk factor in REDUCE-IT but could a prescribing doctor consider it as such?
