ZW and others, this may have been asked and answered. I read posts everyday and do not recall.

QUESTION: Billy is a share holder the same as all of us. How can he be making "the deal" with his controlling interests? I do recall seeing a list of people standing by as officers to the company and cannot find it. I don't quite understand how BC can be part of any negotiations while he as controlling interests in CB. Am I thinking too far into this or am I missing information somewhere along the line here?
