How does a Company survive so long on significant losses each and every year and stay in business? Loss of $660K in 2019 alone on only $415K in unverifiable Income. Why did they lose what little business they had in the US in 2019? Zero Income from US Operations. Why does the DD on the board show 16 IT Employees when the 10K states only 7? Why haven't they paid off the $900K in CDs from Feb 2017? Why hasn't contractors and other expenses not been paid over 1 Mil Dollars? If this was a private company the doors would have been shut a long time ago. Very simple reason, unloading shares on Shareholders year after after year. The SEC is going to shut this Company down for good and they should. They are no benefit to society.
