And how is it handled.. most times a FTD is transferred to another entity's hands on a 1 night barter, and handed back off to the original holder for another 200 days..Yup 200 more days..

How much of the whole market is held as Cussip Numbers with FTD's tied to it... Guess what.. Between 35 and 40%, and it affects as much as 15% of market volume EVERYDAY.

So, tell me more about FINRA, and the SEC that is going to police every one of these OTC companies.
