The company or New owner just needs to file a Very Simple Form 15-12G to resolve that issue which only costs less than $100, LOL! I won't worry about that issue at all! In fact Thousands of OTC stocks have that minor issue now while Nothing happened to their trading so far.

OCLG doesn't need to file that form which is good! But the problem is its On-Going Endless Heavy dilutions...

With such Huge asking shares at 0.0002 --- nearly 200M shares OCLG will crash down to 0 x 0.0001 again for Many Times inevitably!
