It really does not matter how you cut it or flower it up Barrick has had as many false and misleading press releases as in MSX. Now remember JL won back in 2006 and then Barrick because that could not be known sued the judge on the decision. Therefore no announcement and no need for a true news release. This fight has been carrying on ever since.
Bottom line is no one is producing an accurate and upto date title on the property. There can only be one title and JL says he has it. Barrick says that have all of the necessary paperwork to mine and yet have not.
Who do you believe.... At this point they are all liars until proven.
I just look forward to who can prove it first
