If you do in fact understand the beast and the battle then you will understand why this fight is on going. One thing that we do not know is if the press releases were false and misleading. Barrick has put out the same as it turns out now false and misleading press releases and they are still trading. I believe that they are so afraid of this that when they did the deal with Rangold it turned into a sort of reverse take over. All of the Barrick executives have scurried away and abandoned the ship. So just think why would they do that??? This story is far from over and now you have the BCSC with their panel of judges and they buy and pay for a Mining expert from Chile to read a script that they have prepared. Why is the BCSC protecting Barrick?? You all know now that the BCSC knew about the fraud at Pascua Lama because when Barrick did the SLW deal they changed the wording to silver from Pascua Lama to the silver from any mine. The only reason they would do that is because they knew what was going on.
Now for RG I don't know what or why the hold up but from what I have managed to find out was it has to do with paperwork and getting it translated. Once that is complete then we should see some sort of action....We all hope!!!!!
