A very esoteric discussion. What constitutes high volume in a stock when the market cap of the public float can't rise much above a grand total value of $2 million on a good day?

At these prices, it's the lack of volume that is arguably the most telling. Mr. Market is giving shares of VEND away for almost nothing, but buyers are not lining up.
