Not at board level she hasn’t and no experience outside of practice......she may turn out to be brilliant and I for one hope she does but I’m just pointing out that without previous experience of being a CFO of any entity (public or private) and of being on the board of any public company then it will be quite a hire if she understands the markets and can show some real teeth around the board room as well as delivering timely and accurate updates. It’s one thing to be a Senior Mgr within a big four accountancy firm but It’s quite another to be the CFO & CIO of a publicly listed company in a bear pit.
