The more likely outcome is that Andrews will issue Summary judgement in favor of the Defendants - Andrews has disdain for patent trolls.

Good luck with the Supreme Court - recently they have devastated patent trolls - Chanbond thought the case would be heard in the Eastern District of Texas - that was hilarious.

No one can produce any correspondence from from Carter concerning the how a settlement would be split - even if Chanbond enters into a settlement the UOIP shareholders won't receive a penny.

Certainly no one invested in UOIP without having some guarantees from Carter - placing trust in Carter a patent troll is a very poor investment strategy.
