Here is the company's response IMHO five minutes ago......

"The reverse split is undergoing the required and customary Finra review. As disclosed in our Def 14C the effective date is typically 20 days after filing. However, it is also dependent on among other things the timing of Finra clearance. We are like others waiting to become effective and as soon as that happens we will make a public announcement regarding such"
