I disagree, Dwyer knew the City of Sacramento was NOT issuing 3 licenses, he knew there was no chance in hell of the 100 million in revs, he knew gcgx would NOT open any retail locations in LA, he knew in Oct 2018 that the 800 acres of crops were not going to be planted and never told the investors... they had to read it in the report 6 months later... We all know the audit and up-list is pure bullshit and is used by all the pink sheet CEO's... The only thing Dwyer hasn't used is the old last but not least buy out Scam... I'm sure it's coming... I could go on and on about the bullshit Dwyer the Liar has put out but looking at the PPS... Investors already know it all! Typical Dwyer and crew Scam
