NSI was not its own subsidiary, it was blended into snakes distribution. Companies buy assets often and don’t have to report on them individually, esp when the purchase price was only $XX,XXX... people want Roger to comment on this, but I can think of many other things I’d like him to talk about more. He hasn’t even detailed these many retailers and distributors popping up all over the world. Some are assuming that he’s avoiding talking about these aspects because they are negative, but he’s not even talking about all the positives.

If it was its own subsidiary it would require its own details, but its not. The auditors obviously saw it this way and they nitpicked everything

It’s like the least significant thing snakes is doing. I don’t see why people are making a big deal about such insignificant aspect of the company? he’s already got enough stuff on his plate to discuss/do
