I’ve been here for years. I’m very well aware of what I own. Naked short or not. I know the ins and outs of this court case and what the company has achieved to get where we are - to have Chief ALJ of the SEC dismiss the OIP (for the first time, out of 2,040 cases.....pretty impressive) I know that this very real company has something up their sleeve, otherwise they wouldn’t have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to get themselves out of this situation.

That being said, the potential naked short position has zero to do with me being here every single day since before we turned grey. I’m just trying to understand how any naked short position is proven for any ticker?? Serious question
