That's asinine. We're specifically talking about DBMM and provable EXISTING shorts.
The 300MM share "super short" that is repeatedly referred to here, and is apparently the ONLY REASON half the longs are here, was part of the Asher Case settled several years ago.
The Asher lawsuit was settled, & case disposed.
There is no evidence of any meaningful short position outstanding. If there is, following the Asher settlement, please provide that evidence.
