It's a custodianship with what should be a very small share structure after a reverse split in 2010.

Beware of the lie that the custodian is an Apple guy with patents though, that guy with the same name is from California while the custodian is from Pennsylvania, which can be confirmed for ones self at the Cobb County courthouse website.

Don't be afraid to do your own DD - it's the only DD that can be fully trusted.
