BUT BUT BUT... AZCB & his buddy PickStocks say the Preferreds get ONLY FV and everything else will go to the Commons...So, in their opinion, the lower number of Preferreds shares doesn't equate to higher returns as they say 75/25 split 'is not applicable' to the 'Recovery Equation at all' and all recoveries coming to WMI Corp will go ONLY to Commons Escrows...
