I’m not backing away...early label by the 20th....it’s more a human nature reason than a regulatory/beurocratic one...why you ask?......Americans want to get their stuff done before a holiday. If ya wanted to have more time...ya set more time.i don’t believe the 3 month extension on decision was mandated by law?....if it was my premise is wrong and I apologize....but I believe it was open to other dates.....precedent does not count as law.

......Ya look stupid extending the decision into 2020 and we don’t like to look stupid. If god forbid it is extended...it’s actually good...means AMRN and FDA are battling over a huge label...otherwise they would just stamp re-ducit and be done...off for the holidays.

I predict before the 20th based on human nature alone. Particularly American humans....the most predictable bunch unless ya back us into a corner and then we come out like a crazed tiger monkey!!

Don’t mean to sound all Isaac Asimov on ya....but this IS somewhat predictable.
