CVR question....company gets bought at xx. CVR in place for say another $10 per share within 5 years....how does that work? AMRN shares would all be bought right? Ya can no longer trade AMRN once the BO is complete? So we all get our per share BO amount at day of closing? Then what? That money freed up to re-invest? And all holders automatically vested in the CVR even if they took their money and invested elsewhere?
