If they do not have resources to start the Direct trials (which is certainly a reasonable view), then they should not be constantly talking about starting them.

And they certainly should not be paying $2M to Cognate to be ready to manufacture several months ago.

They way these guys shoot, I am surprised LP/LG have all their toes left.
