There were very few settlements that were official in Q3. You have to keep in mind, stayed for settlement does not mean it is official. You have to wait for the dismissal. Once they dismiss the case the settlement has been officially signed so revenue from that settlement can then be expected in that Quarterly filing.

I think people are also failing to understand how incredible it is that QPRC is not diluting shareholders to pay for litigation. Most patent licensing companies dilute the heck out of shareholders to pay for litigation and other costs. Yes QPRC gives a lot of the settlement amount to lawyers but in doing so they are preserving shareholder value. OS has not changed in years. They continue to grow their patent portfolio and as they do that they will have more and more settlements. Eventually they will be able to buy new patents without funding and maybe even pay for some of the litigation.

It's a solid business plan.
