Yeah, it's not as if an agreement between LQMT and Eontec/Yihao that brings in licensing revenue would be considered a material event.

Or is it?

Examples of the events that trigger the filing of a current report [Form 8-K] are: entry into and termination of a material definitive agreement (a copy of the agreement must also be publicly filed) ...

Oops. Looks as if LQMT MUST file a copy of such an agreement with the SEC. Shame on people having the audacity to ask such questions. LOL
