If you don’t think Rory will slip in another RS think again. You all remember that short cut Rory and company took to qualify for NASDAQ listing in lieu of turning a profit for shareholders.
In case you forgot, Rory pushed for and got approved the Reverse Split earlier this year before changing the symbol from FUSZ to VERB.

As for the product itself?

VERB offers a $1 month trial. Then, after getting the credit card if the customer charged for $1 there is a $10 (yes ten dollars) a month for this pile of garbage.

In addition to cancellations within the $1 trial, a company here and there may forget to cancel or never get a returned call to cancel and be charged $10 the second month then dispute it with the company or credit card. Of course VERB will record that as Gross revenue to scew the numbers.
