What I was pointing out is this company falls under micro cap meaning values under 50mill.

He doesn’t have to file the forms unless he wants too. Look back when buyback was announced. What was market cap then? Anyone remember?

Something tells me he had to report things. What market are we currently on? OTC Pink. What has to be reported NOTHING!

That is my point.
