As well as create tax exemptions for "agricultural farmers" to use this river water for free.

I SEE:

1) Bureaucratic action to regulate what goes into the river.
2) Plan to"eliminate" the current pollution within the river.
3) Removing the current taxes in place that the "agricultural farmers" have had to pay to use the polluted river water.
4) Our Mexican champion Senador Joel Molina Ramirez is and has been allied with the President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador’s policy of giving money directly to farmers which certain unions opposed and protested which coincided with 0.03 - 0.018.


As we know - none of this means shit without a down paymentblah blah blah ( FUD parrots ). If in fact the Senador and the farmers plan on using Cool Tech for this project as all have been prepared so to do: we could be seeing a down payment for any amount shortly - we know that it will take x amount of time to prepare x amount of x and x would need to get trucks fitted and prepared for farmer timelines of feb march april so help us marklar.

Worst case scenario - none of this relates to Cool Tech and Im missing critical details.
Best Case Scenario - we see a down payment and productions fulfilled january 2020.
