Denny, Yes Alice filed a suit against Starbucks after an employee accidentally caused a cup of coffee to fall of the counter and burned her foot with third degree burns. A jury trial ensued and she was awarded, as I recall, about 300K. Starbucks appealed and the award was reduced. Alice then appealed to the NY Supreme Court. I didn't follow up as I was olny curiuos about the true fact of the case. She was injured and burned by the act of another, yet some with hate in their hearts accuse her of being an ambulance chaser... Pretty disgusting.

Do you actually thank that Kosturos and A&M were ready to give up the Trustee gravy train. IMO Alice was instrumental in the LT's attempt to close out the BK so suddenly, when only weeks before were in no hurry at all. Her latest filing has certainly placed pressure on Judge Andrews, we will soon see how he deals with the issue of Due Process.

After carefully reviewing the escrow changes in my accounts I say the K's are seeing cash, the Commons and P's new shares. SOON!
