MOUNTAINSTAR RETAINS ROCCO GALATI
December 5, 2019 – Vancouver, BC - Mountainstar Gold Inc. (“the Company” or
“Mountainstar” or “MSX”) announces that it was ordered permanently cease traded on April 9th
of 2019 as a result of a British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”) decision.
In January of this year, MSX retained Mr. Rocco Galati of Toronto, who has been going through
all of the extensive material. Mr. Galati has already filed the notice for leave to appeal to the
British Columbia Court of Appeal.
Recently, Brent Johnson and an associate flew to Toronto and spent two full days with Mr.
Galati in his office going over all the material related to the BCSC decision. Mr. Galati is in the
process of perfecting the leave to appeal from the BCSC.
Additionally, Mr. Galati initiated a discussion regarding the possibility of commencing other
proceedings for damages toward all those involved.
