In response to private message, it seems that they have exhausted the issue (Yea!!).
What still suprises me is that some think that the value of USSE is partially based on the value of USSP. Those of us who are long and understand that USSP or whatever they will name the power company, does not influence the current value of USSE and we will reap the greatest rewards when both companies have blossomed individually. The only way that USSP will influence the value of USSE is when they become one of the primary customers.
