Again, my feelings as well, sr. I am going to give them all a chance to incorporate their own ideas and plans. It is very tough to work for a dictator and never see your ideas for better business, get used. I have followed this for ten years and it seems THAT has been the case with AW. Instead of getting these products 'out there' with a lesser profit margin and getting the all important exposure in retail it needs, he, maybe due to his age and health, wanted that BIG money NOW! A leader with more of a 'future' outlook and strategy might have given the go ahead in retail for these products to get that all important 'exposure.

Could (will) KW and KN be that leader?
