Outstanding point. No mention, but CBV had 1st.

I'm not sure of speed or efficiency increase, but CBV (ChanBond) had AUTOMATIC channel bonding first.

The other signal switching was different and slower.

Entirely too technical for me, but the basis of the lawsuit.

The inventors know exactly so went to Comcast to inform them infringing.
